After defeating Geese, Terry goes back to his life of fighting and fades from memory in Southtown. The streets are overrun with gangsters, and death is a common occurrence; the residents have little left to hope for. With few reasons to celebrate, the city has sunk into a battleground for some of the globe's most dangerous criminals. Terry, hardened and furious, fights to bring calm to a city without hope. A young girl named Media keeps him looking forward to a brighter future.
