In Koutetsu Jeeg, Hiroshi Shiba, a talented car racer, suffers a fatal injury in a lab accident but is brought back to life by his father, Professor Shiba, a renowned scientist and archaeologist studying relics from the ancient Yamatai Kingdom. Upon discovering a magical bronze bell, the professor faces a perilous threat when Queen Himika, the ruler of Yamatai (also referred to as Jamatai), sends her forces to reclaim the bell and its mystic abilities. Tragically, the professor is killed by these minions in their quest for the artifact.
