In "Walkure Romanze: Shoujo Kishi Monogatari," the story follows Takahiro Mizuno, a student at an academy where jousting is the main athletic activity. Acting as an advisor for the riders, Takahiro's routine is disrupted as the yearly competition draws near. Unexpectedly, his childhood friend Mio Kisaki is enrolled in the contest despite having no experience with horses. Noticing her anxiety, Takahiro takes on the role of her trainer.
