The collection comprises five independent tales. "Bi no Isu" centers on Kabu and Nirasawa, a tumultuous duo enmeshed in a brutal yakuza lifestyle, marked by torture and intense sexual interactions. "Anya no Tsubute," the second and third segments, act as a follow-up to "Bi no Isu." "Tokage to Chutsugai" delves into Emiri's struggle with impotence stemming from childhood trauma linked to his friend Fuyu. When Emiri eventually seeks help, he finds Fuyu working as a doctor in a white coat, with a nurse whose short skirt catches his eye. Lastly, "Seiritsu Shinai Asa" examines the reunion of senpai and kouhai after many years, pondering if the apprehension towards love can ever be overcome.
