Because of his naturally scary face, 35-year-old Kitakaze Tatsuo has never received a Valentine’s chocolate from a woman. His female co-workers avoid him, and people on the street fear him. Only the beautiful office lady Miharu Chisa is kind to him and always smiles at Tatsuo. After helping her one day, a teary-eyed Miharu gives Tatsuo a Valentine’s chocolate!
