The protagonist comes to while plummeting from the heavens, his mind a complete blank. Suddenly, three girls riding on brooms materialize before him. During his descent, he bears witness to a clash between these girls, known as Etoile, and creatures referred to as Zodiac. Eventually, he meets his end... only to awaken in front of a television marked "Kamisama" (God), with a small girl inside it. She questions him, asking if he desires to be reborn.
