After the secret group known as Akai Umi forcibly injects her with the DNA of the legendary swordsman Musashi, Hagane Yakushimaru gains supernatural abilities and becomes a master fencer. She embarks on a mission to rescue her parents, who were abducted by the organization, while forming alliances and conflicts with other supernatural beings who are also hosts for the DNA of historical figures. This journey raises questions about Hagane's hidden past, why she is the sole successful female subject for the DNA injection, and the true nature of the initiative titled Revelations of the New Millennium.
