After a major war left the world devastated, nations now prefer secret maneuvers over open battles when dealing with each other. Lily is a young woman with striking white hair attending one of the many schools that train future spies. While she scores high on written exams, her lack of hands-on experience makes practical exercises difficult, and her graduation is at risk. Her luck changes when she gets a chance to join Tomoshibi, a mysterious team, and take on a mission that seems impossible. At first, Lily is thrilled to work alongside elite agents, but once she arrives at Kagerou Palace, she learns the truth about Tomoshibi and the dangerous situation they face. Surrounded by a group of troubled female operatives and their enigmatic leader, Lily realizes the mission is far more complicated than she imagined.
