Tsubomi, a prince of flowers and the general of the army that protects the flower spirits, was so disruptive with his drinking and smoking that his mother the queen banished him from Tenkai (heaven land) to Earth. Kaoru, who is in charge of Tsubomi's education, followed him, but Tsubomi always finds trouble wherever he goes.
