Taiyo Nakabiru travels to Okinawa with hopes of meeting attractive girls and fulfilling his dream of diving. When he attempts to chat up a girl, she shocks him by saying he killed her mother. It turns out that she and her two sisters recognize him, though he has no memory of ever being in Okinawa before. After convincing the three sisters—Nagisa, Shibuki, and Mio Miyara—to let him help with their work and learn diving from them, Taiyo's childhood with the sisters slowly returns to his memory, and mysterious events surrounding a legendary white whale begin to haunt them.
