In the 1920s, Inaho resurrects the vampire Mosquiton with her blood. He awakens and becomes bound to her as a servant. Inaho seeks the O-Part, an artifact that will grant her immortality, but various supernatural creatures try to prevent them from reaching that goal. Later, Catholic schoolgirl Inaho discovers that a vampire named Mosquiton has been preying on her classmates. She stakes him, but he is resurrected when her blood touches his remains. Mosquiton now serves Inaho and also works as a history teacher. Together with Yuuki and Honou, the unlikely pair have numerous escapades and adventures. One of Inaho's main objectives is to locate the mythical O-Part in order to earn some money.
