April 1962. Now 21 years old, Yanagi Kanichi is devoting his days to training at the Ryozanpaku dojo. One day, a blonde, beautiful Italian woman, Anna Del Stoppa, suddenly visits him with a letter of introduction from Kanichi's former teacher, Funayama Sensei. She explains that she studied abroad at a university in Osaka and graduated this year. Her father and Funayama Sensei are old friends, and thanks to her father's efforts, Funayama Sensei has opened a dojo in Sicily, Italy... and so on.
