Ringo Nonohara is an upbeat girl with aspirations of becoming a TV celebrity. Despite having zero cooking knowledge, she gets selected to host a culinary program called "Delicious Time." She is thrilled about this opportunity and receives unwavering support from her childhood friend Kazuomi, an excellent cook. Kazuomi always stands by Ringo, encouraging her and lending a hand. With his assistance, Ringo slowly picks up cooking skills, and "Delicious Time" becomes a huge hit. Ayami Hanamori, who has a crush on Kazuomi, tries to obstruct Ringo and behaves spitefully. Ringo remains unfazed and continually comes up with new recipes for the show with Kazuomi's help. Ringo entered show business because she is a huge fan of teenage superstar Masato Ishizuka. One day, something incredible occurs: Masato asks Ringo out. Thus begins a tangled love triangle among Kazuomi, Masato, and Ringo. Later, another cooking show launches that endangers Ringo's popularity. Masato's enigmatic private life further spices up the narrative.
