Haruta Hotaka, who had dreamt of becoming a film director, now spends his days in despair instead. One day, he returns to his hometown for the first time in 12 years for his younger sister's wedding. As he tries to escape the uncomfortable situation, he goes outside and looks up at the sky — only to see mysterious shapes flying in: circles, triangles, and squares.
