Following a fall that led to his death at nineteen, Takashi Amamiya wakes up in the body of a young girl called Akane Hagiwara. As he adapts to this new form, he faces various challenges while trying to find a method to return to his original body. Simultaneously, he must also maintain and navigate his relationships with both old and new acquaintances.
