In his initial encounter with Oomiya Honden High School's (also known as "Denkou") rock band club "Kei-On," Kamiyama Keito was overwhelmed with admiration. Upon joining the school, he immediately enrolled in the club. However, his enthusiasm waned when he found out the club was under the control of two delinquent seniors who banned any genuine practice. When spring break arrived, Keito learned that these seniors were arrested for drug possession, putting the club's future at risk. Teamwork with the sole remaining member, Tsukumo Shintaro, may be Keito’s chance to save the club from dissolution.
