Sugiyama is hopelessly in love with Akihisa, but has yet to confess to the hot-tempered megane, who mistakenly views him as a pervert. When he finally gathers the nerve to speak his feelings, he ends up confessing to Akihisa’s twin brother instead. Hedonistic Akinori does not mind stepping in as a substitute for his sibling, but the question remains whether this arrangement will be sufficient to satisfy Sugiyama’s heart.
