As Japan's need for high-quality organ transplants grows, numerous underground groups have turned to kidnapping and murder to harvest organs for sale, with surgeons also becoming involved. Their activities have even spread to foreign countries like China. Our protagonist, Tamaki Suzuhara, is a beautiful yet enigmatic high school girl. She is searching for a critically important person who has gone missing, and she infiltrates an illegal organ trafficking network that abducts those it considers "morally pure" for the surgical removal of organs. We follow this bloody journey and Tamaki Suzuhara's moral dilemma. Will she be able to find what she seeks?
