From the mind behind Nichijou comes this surreal slapstick comedy about Midori Nagumo, a broke college student surviving in an everyday city packed with people who are anything but ordinary. And when this reckless girl charges through the streets, she sets the whole city spinning. Midori has a real mess on her hands. She's drowning in debt, and her landlady keeps pressing her for the overdue rent. Her best friend won't lend her cash anymore, having finally seen through all her schemes. Maybe a little intimidation would work. Or some petty shoplifting. Neither is a long-term fix. Finding a job might actually solve things... but working means less time for wild adventures around the big city.
