Sasami-san@Ganbaranai centers on Sasami, a hikikomori who has lost all motivation for everyday activities such as changing clothes or eating. Although she dislikes her brother's overly subservient behavior, he continues to act as her caretaker. Sasami passes her time by observing the outside world through a computer program called the "Brother Surveillance Tool." Meanwhile, in the real world, her brother and the three attractive Yagami sisters find themselves entangled in a series of romantic comedy-style relationships.
