When an asteroid threatened to obliterate Earth, the world's greatest minds devised the "Moon Shield" strategy. Rockets would shatter the asteroid, and the Moon would block the resulting debris from reaching the planet. Yet the plan failed by a hair: one fragment slipped past the shield and struck Earth. Witnessing the apocalypse was Moon Yoo, a researcher abandoned on the Moon. Lacking the resolve to take his own life, Moon decides to maximize what remains as the last living human. With supplies lasting a lifetime and endless time, he sets out to investigate the sprawling lunar base, unaware of the hidden secrets waiting to be uncovered—and that he might not be as solitary as he first believed.
