Joonha is a typical, healthy sixteen-year-old boy who has coasted through life without many difficulties. Imagine his shock when a routine trip to the bathroom suddenly reveals he isn't ordinary at all! With a cry of "Oh, my God!!!", he discovers he's missing something he never thought he could do without. The shock is too much for poor Joonha, and he quickly faints. While in a half-conscious state, he overhears an incredible revelation: his family is abnormal in the strangest way. After puberty, their chromosomes undergo a mutation that transforms their bodies into the opposite sex! That means his father is actually a woman who has been living as a man ever since the gene change occurred. Now Joonha must leave behind sixteen years of life as a man and start living as a woman. What will his childhood friend Jinhoo and the girl he has always liked, Heewon, say when they find out?!
