Molester Man is a lecherous and socially awkward otaku who spends most of his time on the 2ch textboard. One day, while heading home from his part-time job, he is wrongly identified as a stalker and taken into custody. Once the mistake is cleared up, Molester Man discovers that the girl—whom he later dubs Miss Understanding—was deeply scarred by her real stalker, so he extends his support in the hopes of going out with her. Yet, surpassing even his own expectations, he slowly grows closer to Miss Understanding and her friends: the upbeat Kansai and the innocent Loli Jugs.
