A lazy baseball player named Tarou and a serious baseball player named Takami, who aims to reach the top, encounter each other on a bus that crashes. Takami dies, but Tarou survives. When Tarou visits Takami's grave, he sees Takami's ghost, who asks Tarou to take him to Koshien and achieve his dream.
