Nakagawa Makoto is a diligent city employee who secretly harbors a passion for drawing shoujo manga. While dining at a restaurant, he encounters high school student Kouzuki Kureha. After he shows her his artwork, Kureha is deeply moved and urges him to submit his work to a Tokyo publisher. This meeting kicks off a thrilling and unusual journey for Makoto.
