Yorito is a high school student who enjoys taking pictures of the sky. A chance encounter brings him together with Matsuri, but she is far from ordinary—she is actually a 350-year-old Yaka, an immortal being who cannot step into sunlight! Because of this, Matsuri has lived a life of isolation, and Yorito becomes the first friend she has ever known. However, there is more to the Yaka than initially appears, and a man named Takeshi wielding a sword seems determined to harm Matsuri—but what is his motive?
