Photographer Tousei Ryuuzaki, an expert in capturing paranormal phenomena, presents college student Sara Washizuki with a mysterious film photograph. The image reveals a memory she had deliberately repressed, connected to a specific incident from her time in elementary school.

Background

Zero: Kage Miko is based on the Zero video game series. The series is simultaneously published in Japanese, Chinese and English (initially as Fatal Frame: Shadow Priestess, later renamed to Zero) through DeNA's Manga Box app.
