The first four chapters, grouped under the title "Seitokai e Youkoso!" ("Welcome to the Student Council!"), establish the setting. Chapter five, "Hen na Koto ni Makikomarete Taihen na Me ni Aimashita," translates to "I Was Drawn into a Strange Situation and Had a Rough Time." Chapter six, "Chinsay! Akusay! G-fuzen!" is rendered as "Penile! Malignant! Masturbatory Dysfunction! G-fuzen!" The seventh chapter, "Doki Doki! Nursing Experience!" can also be called "An Intense Nursing Experience!" Chapter eight is simply titled "The Answer Is Simple." Lastly, chapter nine is named "Overbearing Young Lady!"
