The restoration of the Lunar Observatory Colony represents a major technological achievement for humanity. Plato, Abbot, and Tycho are present to display the new colony to the next generation of aspiring astronauts. However, space exploration still has its detractors. The terrorist organization TLON has placed one of its operatives within the large crowd at the colony, carrying an explosive device. As time runs out, the trio of astronauts must rescue their cherished settlement, constructed upon the sacrifices of those who devoted themselves to space.
