"People have their reasons when making their official seal." This is what the shopkeeper of the coffeehouse and seal-making shop "Arihisai Inbou" often says. But no matter how you look at him, he's an anteater... and a rather plump one at that. Behind the scenes, he has a rabbit waitress named Usa-chan and a rather smug capybara named Capio-kun supporting him. Customers often come saying, "Please make me an official seal!" only to be taken aback and wonder, "Why is there a polar bear here?" But not one to take this to heart, the shopkeeper always just calmly responds "I am an anteater," and hands them a cup of coffee. Thus, the story of forming bonds and making seals in this mysterious shop quietly begins.
