People suddenly disappear as if they have been wiped out. Such incidents occur frequently, and in the past, people called them "spirited away." When I was a child, I could see into people's hearts. However, because of this power, my parents and friends were creeped out by it. But before long, that power disappeared. Then, one day when I was 16 years old... I had a dream that my friend "Toshie" had lost one of his legs and was terrified and asking me for help. After that, I heard a report that Toshie was missing...!? A collection of three stories, including the title story "Kamikakushi," by horror writer Masako Tsukimori!
