Joowon Kang, a detective in the Violent Crimes Unit, is overworked in one of the most thankless jobs there is. One day, while pursuing a criminal, a familiar woman gets caught in the crossfire: Hayoon Son, the love of Joowon’s life, who said they should part ways five years ago.
