Akuemon

悪右衛門

Kamiemon, whose street name is Kamiemon, is a rough and tumble samurai whom no one calls by his real name. He is ordered by the governor of Izumi to kill all the foxes, but begins to live with a female fox disguised as his beloved wife Okuzu. This is Tezuka's version of the "Kuzunoha" legend concerning the birth of the great scholar Abe no Seimei.
