Kaizawa Keitarou (nickname: Keita), who moved to Tokyo from Hokkaido to attend high school, ends up living in a student apartment run by a family friend. There, he meets Miyara Kanami (nickname: Kana), a boy his age who was born in Okinawa. Upon seeing Kana's good looks, Keita impulsively shouts, "Handsome!"—only to have Kana react with disdain. One day, Keita and Kana find themselves alone together and decide to go out…?
