Kawai Karii is a student and a cosmetic maniac. It's her daily task to hide her simplistic look by applying a lot of make-up. And now the destined encounter is about to take place--she meets up with Uzura, who is also a big fan of cosmetics and has even nicknamed himself "Make-up Man". It's now time for a new school term.
