Résumé
Touya is Sakae Hizaki's illegitimate son. Seeking to be officially recognized as a successor, he infiltrates Kuryugumi and kidnaps Asago and Tsukasa as bait to draw out and assassinate Ryuuji. Later on, he is the one whom Yuuwa Sakahogi steals the mysterious "goddess' tear" drug from. No voice actors have been added to this character.
