The former mayor of Tsukikage Island. He was found dead on the community center and slumped over the piano while the Moonlight Sonata was playing 2 years ago. Although he died from a heart attack, the similarity to the death of Keiji Asou caused the islanders to think the piano has been cursed. No voice actors have been added to this character.
