Résumé
Masataka is Sumito and Oushirou's friend, and the more loud and easygoing of the three. He is shocked to find out about Sumito's feelings for Yoshiyuki, but is still supportive of them. After graduation, Masataka goes to a trade school and eventually moves to Tokyo for work. He has been friends with Oushirou since elementary school and doesn't suspect Oushirou's actual feelings.
