At this time, the future count was known as Reinhard von Müsel. During the festivities, Yusaku grows uneasy after learning that Kyoko is waiting for a letter, sparking jealousy and suspicions about her loyalty. His anxiety lingers through the night, and the truth behind his concerns is finally uncovered the next morning.

From the very first episode, the hijinks of the Matsuno sextuplets take a backseat to the colorful, buck-toothed con artist Iyami and his bald, diminutive sidekick Chibita. Nearly every episode unfolds as a standalone comedy parade featuring this duo along with other eccentric locals who pop up in various recurring roles, as the series effortlessly jumps between different time periods and genres. In most cases, Iyami and Chibita take center stage as partners in crime—a couple of down-on-their-luck schemers scraping by while carrying out shady scams in hopes of striking it rich.

In "Doraemon the Movie: The Record of Nobita's Parallel Visit to the West," Nobita tries to prove the Monkey King is real by traveling back to the era when Sanzo began his journey. Doraemon provides a virtual video game console that allows Nobita to play through "Journey to the West" and get a costume similar to the Monkey King's. However, Nobita still cannot confirm the Monkey King's existence. After they finish playing "Journey to the West" without defeating any demons, their world becomes overrun by demonic creatures. The problem arises because Doraemon forgot to turn off the game console in the past, allowing demons to escape and take over their world. To set things right, Doraemon and the group must go back to the past to fight and eliminate these demons.

Ceddie's father dies unexpectedly, prompting the boy to travel to England and assume his grandfather's title, the Earl of Dorincourt. The Earl is first known for his obstinate and self-centered ways, but Ceddie's sincere warmth gradually begins to soften him. This transformation ultimately turns the Earl into a kinder and more generous man. This story is a retelling of Frances Hodgson Burnett's classic novel.

A failing school receives the "Ultimate Teacher" Ganpachi, sent to instill discipline and prepare students for the real world. However, the students, led by Hinako, resist his attempts to dismantle their gang. To oppose Ganpachi, Hinako uses her unconventional secret weapon: her lucky cat-print panties. The situation grows even more complicated when it is revealed that Ganpachi himself is the result of genetic experiments.

Set seven centuries after the Dunbine TV series, "The Tale of Neo Byston Well" follows Shion Zaba, the reborn version of original hero Sho Zama. Alongside Silkie Mau, Reml Jilfried (who is the rebirth of Remile Luft), and the Aura Battler Silbine, Shion works to prevent a deranged Shot Weapon from launching a specially constructed nuclear ICBM that threatens to annihilate the entire realm.
