Robert Fitzgerald Diggs, professionally known as RZA, is an American Grammy Award-winning music producer, author, rapper, and occasional actor, director, and screenwriter. As a prominent figure in hip hop, he serves as the de facto leader of the Wu-Tang Clan. He has produced nearly all of the group's albums along with numerous solo and affiliate projects within the Wu-Tang sphere. Following his musical success, RZA gained further recognition for his work composing scores and acting in films. He is notably recognized for creating the soundtrack for the anime Afro Samurai.
