Yasuo Hisamatsu, born Takahashi Hiroshi on June 6, 1919, and passing away on June 15, 1982, was a distinguished seiyuu affiliated with Aoni Production. He also established the studio's voice actor school in Tokyo. Widely regarded as a legendary figure in the industry, he is most celebrated for providing the Japanese voice of Spock in the Star Trek television series.
