Samantha Inoue-Harte, born on April 21, 1979, is known by the nicknames Sami Harte and Sammy Harte. She established the animation studio Saiko Studios and works as an animation instructor. Additionally, she has performed as a voice actress for ADV Films, FUNimation Entertainment, and New Generation Pictures. Among her many roles, she is perhaps best recognized for voicing the Chocobo in the anime series Final Fantasy: Unlimited and for the character Kohran Ri in Sakura Wars.
