Tsukuyomi
Summary
Tsukuyomi is a swordswoman of the Shinmei Ryuu school and one of the three mercenary children recruited to assist Chigusa. While Setsuna relies on a single-sword technique, Tsukuyomi employs a dual-wielding style combining a sword and a dagger. She possesses the ability to use ofuda, or onmyōdō charms, just as Setsuna does. There appears to be a subtextual romantic interest Tsukuyomi holds for Setsuna, and she has a penchant for cosplaying in Gothic Lolita fashion. Due to her shared physical traits with Toko, such as blonde hair and glasses, fans have speculated that the two are related. Following Chigusa’s defeat, Tsukuyomi returned to her home. When Negi’s team entered the Magical World, Tsukuyomi, operating under a disguise, joined a squad led by Fate with the objective of dismantling the Mahora team and framing them for the destruction of the gate connecting the two worlds. She later resurfaced in a different region of the Magical World, where she discovered Setsuna incapacitated alongside Asuna.
