Masanori Kobayashi began his career as Kiri Kurose from the live-action series CRASH! after being named a finalist in the 4th Annual Grand Prix and receiving a Special Judge Award. He is also known as Kyou Takara, the vocalist for the band OSIRIS featured in Band Yarouze!. Beyond his musical and screen work, Kobayashi is an active stage actor who has appeared in several theatrical productions. His debut as a performer of an anime theme song comes with number 24, a role in which he also provides the voice for the character Yuuki Koreeda.
