In the span of just a few hours, Akira Sengoku went from enjoying a school trip flight back to Japan from Guam with his classmates to being stranded alone in a dense jungle following a mysterious plane crash. As he looks for survivors, he encounters unfamiliar animal species. He eventually locates two other survivors, his classmate Shirou Mariya and flight attendant Kanako Oomori, who are under assault by a towering two-meter bird. Following a narrow escape, Shirou employs his laptop to pinpoint their location and unravel the mystery behind the unusual creatures. Their discovery is startling—their plane has crashed on a hidden Pacific island populated by long-extinct animals. Cage of Eden follows Akira and the other survivors as they battle to endure on this perilous island, where unseen dangers threaten their survival at every step. To overcome the challenges and uncover the island’s secrets, they must rely on their wits and cooperation.
