Hime Kino has always admired the voice actress Sakura Aoyama, especially from her role in "Lovely Blazers," which sparked Hime's ambition to become a seiyuu. Determined to follow this path, Hime enters the prestigious Hiiragi Academy, renowned for its top-tier voice acting curriculum. By a twist of fate, she finds herself seated next to Senri Kudou, Sakura's son and a promising talent in his own right. Despite her eagerness to make a good impression, Hime's attempt to introduce herself in a cute voice backfires horribly, producing a voice that resembles an elderly man. This earns her the nickname "Gorilla Princess" and places her among a group of struggling students. Unfazed by these setbacks, Hime builds friendships with her fellow underperformers. With their support and her unyielding optimism, she remains determined to overcome every obstacle and achieve her goal of becoming a voice actress.
