Voynich Hotel

In the South Pacific, a decaying resort called The Voynich Hotel sits on a nearly uninhabited island. The hotel is run by its owner, former Mexican wrestler Kandre Umeda, along with two enigmatic maids, Elena and Beluna, and a homicidal chef named Amelia. Taizou Kuzuki, a Japanese traveler escaping his troubled past, checks into the hotel. He quickly discovers that the island's strange residents and bizarre events are even more surreal than anything he has previously experienced. Taizou becomes involved in the island's intricate relationships, building connections with many of the locals and helping them, though this often creates additional problems for him. When his past catches up and threatens to overwhelm him, his new allies come to his rescue.
