Hayana and her friend Aoi spend most of their free time eating at various local restaurants around the academy. But one day, Hayana's lunch is interrupted by the newly formed World Domination Club, which plans to start with the school's lunch system and work its way outward. With assistance from one of her teachers, Hayana joins the Ally of Justice Club and transforms into Twinkle Saber, vowing to protect lunchtime—and truth and justice along the way—from the World Domination Club's schemes.
