Every century, a Water Fairy deposits an egg inside a chosen individual, making that person the Guardian of Fairies. This time, the chosen one is Chagum, the second prince of the New Yogo Kingdom. His life is constantly in danger because the king views him as a threat and intends to have him killed. To safeguard Chagum, the queen hires Balsa, a highly skilled female bodyguard. Complicating matters further, creatures from another realm called Nayugu relentlessly pursue Chagum, seeking to devour the egg inside him.
