Isekai Yururi Kikou: Kosodate shinagara Boukensha shimasu
Takumi is accidentally killed by the wind god Syl and is reincarnated into another world. After sincerely apologizing, Syl grants Takumi special skills and sends him to Etelldia, the world Syl oversees. However, this new world is a vast forest crawling with dangerous monsters. In the forest, Takumi discovers a young boy and girl who appear to be twins. Worried for their safety, he names them Alan and Elena and decides to raise them. He soon finds out, to his surprise, that they can defeat monsters with their bare hands. The three reach a town, and Takumi registers at the adventurer's guild to earn a living. He begins his life as an adventurer while caring for the two children. An isekai fantasy about an adventurer raising two kids!
